88 Security 12 Gauge Pump-Action Shotgun

88 Security 12 Gauge Pump-Action Shotgun model also features a cross-bolt safety in front of the pump-action handle to help prevent inadvertent firing. In addition to the cross-bolt safety, this model has a safety latch with a hard-push button that locks the bolt open when the trigger is pulled. However, because this model does not have a fixed clip magazine, users will need to utilize a dedicated magazine clip that will attach to the bottom of the shotgun’s chamber. Overall, this is a great shotgun that features reliable operation and an easy to use clip magazine. Because it features a standard AEG type clip magazine, users will be able to operate this shotgun in a traditional fashion similar to that of the original pattern AEGs.

The Birthplace Of The Palmetto State Arsenal

Palmetto State Armory is a privately owned business located in Columbia, South Carolina dedicated to providing firearms training for defense of self-defense. The name is derived from South Carolina’s official nickname, “The Palmetto State.” Palmetto State Armory runs a number of gun stores around the state of South Carolina as well as Georgia and North Carolina. In addition to retail gun sales, the establishment also offers training for individuals interested in carrying a firearm for self defense. Over the years, the training offered at the business has consistently ranked high for satisfaction among clients.

In 1834, Aaron Montgomery rented a cabin on the Blairsville river for his family. His family included his two teenage boys, his wife, and their young daughter. In 1835, he was given authority to raise fish on the property. Because of his successful fishing, Montgomery’s reputation spread quickly throughout the area. He immediately put an advertisement in the Palmetto News, a newspaper published in Gaffney, SC, which boasted that there were a variety of “mannerisms” that “honor the butt, the eye, the voice of the fisher.”

From the very beginning, customers who came to the shop noticed something unique about Aaron Montgomery’s shop: the location was set aside for use by gun owners only, with no children allowed on the premises. The story of the property, which became known as the “Brady Street residence,” soon made its way all over the world. Soon after, the name “Palmetto State Arsenal” was chosen, much to the chagrin of the owner, who felt the word “gun” was too vulgar for his business. To this day, the “Palmetto Gun Shop” remains open to the public, although gun owners are not allowed to carry firearms on the premises. In 2021, it was decided that a new name would better fit the needs of the public, and consequently the current owner chose to rebrand the establishment as “The Florida Gun Store.”

Features Galore on the Mossberg Aggressor and 87 Shotguns

DESCRIPTION. The Mossberg Maverick is a pump action 12 gauge pump gun that can be used in just about any outdoor application. It features an ergonomic handle that is comfortable to hold and has an oversized pump magazine that accommodates many shots before reloading. The magazine has safety and self-destruct options that allow a user to take out large numbers of rounds without worry. This makes the Mossberg Maverick a good gun for many different applications. The trigger pull is moderate, yet is very strong and consistent with other pump guns of similar design.

SEMASHIELD. The Mossberg Maverick features a cross-bolt safety that provides users with an extra measure of safety when using their Mossberg shotguns. When properly cocked, this feature allows the bolt to remain open until you have pulled the trigger all the way, at which time it will automatically lock in place behind a safety latch. The cross-bolt safety is designed to help prevent injuries when users accidentally lock the bolt without recognizing they have done so.

AMBIENT. An innovative feature on the Mossberg 88 shotguns is the side-range magazine. This magazine offers users an effective training device for shooting in tight areas where hitting a target at long distances would be impractical. Because the side-range magazine is not easily accessible, it is installed in pairs on both the Mossberg predator shotguns and Mossberg 88s. In addition to providing shooters with a more versatile training device, the side-range magazines make using the Mossberg products easier than ever before.
